Bill Branch, the president and principal broker of Life Style Real Estate Advisors, is a native of Tennessee. He grew up in West Nashville and is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and Florida Southern College.
Growing up in Nashville gives Bill the advantage of knowing every corner of Nashville. He has owned and lived in homes in West Nashville, East Nashville and Sumner County. He began his career as a small business owner here in Nashville, then spent twenty years in sales and marketing in custom book publishing with a division of The Southwestern Company, based in Nashville. During his years with Southwestern, Bill developed numerous national and international accounts that resulted in a number of award-winning book projects. Additionally, he opened a branch office for the company in New England and built a wonderful network of friends across the country.
Ask Bill, and he will tell you that his favorite things in life have been pretty consistent: hiking, kayaking and paddle boarding with his wife, Cathy, and daughter. Additionally, he enjoys experiencing the sights and sounds of Nashville with friends, scuba diving, reading and cooking. Bill is about relationships; for 35 years he meets, once a week, to run with a group of friends at Percy or Edwin Warner Parks.
Bill Branch began his career in real estate in 2009. He was drawn to spending more time at home in a city and area that he loves, Nashville. Bill’s fascination with real estate began in the 1980’s when he purchased a foreclosure on Harding Road/West End Avenue which led to similar investments in other areas. His father has been a construction manager for Habitat for Humanity in Florida since his retirement from the Air Force. Mr. Branch’s knowledge, interest, and experience that he gained through his own successes led him to apply those skills to help others meet their real estate goals.
What does Bill find most rewarding about real estate?
The industry is becoming more complex and he finds it incredibly fulfilling and rewarding to help clients navigate these complexities with integrity, grace, and with as much fun as possible. His primary goal is to advocate for and provide protection for his clients.
“I am most proud of being able to guide and advise my clients through their real estate transactions with their emotional and financial goals achieved. I want their transactions to have the least amount of stress in their daily lives. I find it tremendously satisfying to hand over the keys to a first time home buyer, to negotiate a complex property trade, to compassionately and professionally work through a difficult estate. This work is about relationships and helping clients transition from one life style or life goal to another — seeing the happiness and fulfillment of my client’s dreams is the ultimate reward.” Bill Branch, President, Life Style Real Estate Advisors
“Bill Branch is a man who truly cares about his clients and puts their needs first in every situation. We have had several real estate transactions that Bill helped us with, and each time he went above and beyond to enable us to reach and exceed our goals. I love how patient he is with us. He will do the right thing even if it means that we pass on a deal — he is a man of great integrity. Real estate is more than a commission to Bill. He is a great guy to work with!”

Karen Bloodworth was born in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. She and her husband Walker moved to Tennessee in 1989. Karen is the mother of three children and three grandchildren. In 1995 Walker Bloodworth began building homes in Robertson, Sumner and Davidson Counties. Bloodworth Construction is known for their quality and integrity. Karen’s interest in real estate began in 2005 in order to sell the new spec homes that they were building.
When Karen is not pursuing her real estate career she is a painter and loves to work in acrylics. She is a passionate gardener and is very family focused, spending time with her children and grandchildren as often as possible. Karen’s faith in God is very important to her.
What does Karen find most rewarding about real estate?
Once Karen earned her real estate license she got her early experience selling new homes; she expanded her business to help others meet their real estate goals. In the eleven plus years that Karen has been an agent she has only had one listing that did not sell. Now, that speaks of her skill and dedication. In addition to her real estate expertise, Karen is an Accredited Staging Professional.
Karen Bloodworth takes a personal interest in each client and meeting their needs. Simply put, Karen believes in the Golden Rule and her work is guided by her caring ways for others.
“I find it most rewarding matching people and homes that they can grow in and make good memories. I find great pleasure, if my daily routine, takes me past a home at night that our construction company built or a house that I sold to a client. I love it if the lights are on and I see a family making a life in a place that is special to them. It is an honor to help them put together that part of their life.” Karen Bloodworth, Affiliate Broker, Life Style Real Estate Advisors.
“We have done three transactions with Karen Bloodworth, plus we referred a friend who purchased a home, because we like and trust her so much. Before working with Karen, we had an agent who never seemed to have time for us, so we feel that we lost several deals. From the first meeting with Karen she was always available to us and made us feel that we were special to her. I am sure she had other clients, but she always made time for us, listened to our needs and budget and found us the perfect house. The negotiations for that house were tough, but Karen always went to bat for us and is a great negotiator.
When we wanted to move to a larger home, we called on Karen to sell our home. She did a great job. As it turned out she was the seller and the buyer’s agent, but we always felt that she was so fair and had great integrity with both parties. Through her efforts our home sold quickly for a very good price and that the buyers were happy, too. That takes skill.
We are so happy in our current house. Karen sold it to us, too. We often refer friends to Karen Bloodworth. She is the best.”

Traci Smith was born in East Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She and her husband moved to Nashville about twenty-five years ago, living in Green Hills and West Nashville. She is the mother of two children, volunteers at the Humane Society walking dogs, and works part-time at the Ladies of Charity in the downtown office and is a manager in their Welfare Division. In her spare time Traci loves nature and enjoys kayaking and standup paddle boarding.
Traci is a new agent but that has not slowed her down. In her first six months as a REALTOR she sold approximately $2M in local real estate.
What does Traci find most rewarding about real estate?
Traci and her husband have been flipping houses in the Nashville area for over 20 years. She laughs and explains that they have lived in eleven houses in ten years. Her love of real estate grew from her years of flipping. For years she was a stay-at-home mom; but once her youngest child was in high school and had a driver’s license, she decided to follow a dream of hers to get her real estate license. She became a REALTOR in June of 2016.
“It feels natural to go from flipping to introducing clients to the various possibilities in Nashville. I love eliminating the stress and worry for my clients, and helping them navigate one of their most important life decisions. I think one of my strengths is how well I know Nashville. I enjoy introducing buyers to all sorts of neighborhoods and options, different price ranges and styles. Once buyers have a true understanding of the possibilities; it is a great feeling to help them narrow them down to the “one”.
I like to think that my experience as a flipper and knowledge of Nashville helps me market and price homes that I list to the best advantage of the seller. Pricing a home is very important to getting good offers and quick results. So far, my listings are selling quickly and some have been in multiple offer situations.”
“Traci Smith sold my home in Bellevue. We accepted a full price offer within two weeks! Traci brings a unique mix of professionalism, humor, tenacity and support to the task. She was always there for us. I felt informed and prepared every step of the the way because of her help. It was a great experience.
I enthusiastically recommend Traci and look forward to working with her myself the next time I have a real estate need. She is awesome!”
